This position is for a 3 month period with the option to extend thereafter. The main duties are listed below:
• Review of daily cash-ups and reconciling all receipts to point of sale transactions
• Daily capturing of all purchase invoices in Xero
• Reconciling creditor statements with invoices captured and following up with suppliers on any differences.
• Capture all point of sale transactions in Xero
• Summarise daily POS transactions for Sales Report
• General admin tasks e.g. filing, etc.
• Ad hoc front of house duties including answering of phones and managing reservations.
