How About: —PAARL—, working as a — PASTRY ASSISTANT— for the HOSPITALITY Industry.

Our client, a well-known Chocolatier in Southern Paarl is looking for a Young Pastry Assistant to join their team.


The successful candidate does not need to have pastry chef qualification but should have a basic chef qualification.

Willing to learn and follow instructions.

Work as a team, be reliable, enthusiastic and have attention to detail. 

Chocolate and production training will be provided


Main duties

Truffle counter production

Must be able to follow recipes

Do necessary paperwork for section - Traceability documents, cleaning check lists

Managing daily production set out by chef

Assist with other production where needed


Salary is negotiable depending on experience. Starting from R9 000.00 pm


The candidate will not work in the evenings or on Sundays and only a few Saturdays a month.
