Our client in the Southern Suburbs is looking for an Estate Maintenance Co-ordinator for their premises with the following qualifications and experience

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Grade 12 or
  • N3 with good Mechanical and Technical skills
  • 5+ years experience in a general maintenance position
  • Plumbing and Electrical Experience
  • Experience performing routine maintenance checks
  • Proven understanding of Health and Safety standards
  • Be presentable and well-mannered
  • Good command of the English language
  • Be able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
  • Must be willing to apply for a PdP license at own cost

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinating basic repairs and maintenance
  • Performing preventative maintenance
  • Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment
  • Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary

Preference will be given to applicants that stay in the Southern Suburbs and that have their own transport.

Market related salary depending on experience.
