Office and Wine Club Administrator - R12 000

Heritage Hospitality Recruitment are looking for an Office and Wine Club Administrator for a wine estate in Stellenbosch.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Acquire and maintain thorough knowledge of the Wine Estate and its wines.
  • Processing mails, screening calls and answering enquiries/complaints
  • Assist with restaurant bookings. Liaise details with relevant employees.
  • Assisting with ensuring restaurant function sheets are properly managed.
  • Liaise with wine club members. Assist with wine club management.
  • Update department databases/datacapturing.
  • Handle routine sales transactions which include operating POS, cash and card transactions. Cash ups.
  • Monthly stock take for boutique & tasting room.
  • Monthly Supplier consignment reports and submission of monthly invoices to the accounts department.
  • Diary management, including arranging and coordinating meetings for various departments, drivers delivery/collection schedule.
  • Office maintenance, including replenishing consumables and stationery.
  • Communicate special occasions, notices, memos promptly to all staff.
  • Update general info / SOP documentation. Ensuring it is saved to server.
  • Assist with hospitality special events as needed. 
  • Financial management tasks including banking and handling the petty cash.
  • Be willing to maintain a flexible schedule and scope of responsibilities should it be required by directors. Work weekends if required.

 

 

  • REQUIREMENTS:
  • Excellent customer service skills. 
  • Must have own vehicle
  • Must live in Somerset West/Strand/Stellenbosch
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards. 
  • Proficient on the computer (familiar with POS systems, Microsoft Office) 
  • Excellent oral communication skills. 
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
