Great opportunity open at a well-known provider of rental equipment in Paarl.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Data capturing up to Trial Balance
  • Full debtors’ and creditors function
  • Salaries & wages
  • Petty cash control
  • Assist external auditors
  • Handling of quotations and invoices as per company procedures
  • General administration and filing as requested
  • Assist with building the brand and marketing equipment

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Matric Certificate
  • A relevant tertiary qualification will be highly advantageous
  • At least 3 years bookkeeping / accounting experience

 

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

  • A valid driver’s licence and own transport
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
