Front of House Co-ordinator - Internationally owned wine estate, Stellenbosch

In this role, you will be the ‘face’ of this exquisite wine estate for their guests upon their arrival and ensure that all front of house departments carry out their responsibilities. You will assist the managers with welcoming their guests and conducting tours of the estate.



  • Gr 12 + completed tertiary hospitality qualification
  • Min 2- 3 years previous FOH / Guest Relations experience gained within a 5* environment
  • Fluent in English – 3rd language will be highly beneficial
  • Must be impeccably groomed with a professional demeanour
  • Excellent interpersonal- & guest relations skills
  • Accurate, attention to detail & highly organised
  • Must reside in Stellenbosch area
  • Drivers license + own reliable transport




  • Handle all reservations enquiries for restaurant & wine lounge
  • Confirm all lunch and dinner reservations via telephone & email
  • Manage quotes, invoices and payments for special holidays like Christmas, Mothers Days & Valentines Days and ensure pre-payments have been received
  • Coordinate helicopter landings with helicopter companies and the security team
  • Handling events queries  in absence of Events Manager
  • Assist and be able to perform all duties of reservations, switchboard and hostess when the need arises
  • Assist with art inventory in the art department


Shift work and hospitality hours applies. 5 days on / 2 days off
