Restaurant Manager for busy winery restaurant in Stellenbosch


Established wine estate is seeking to appoint a Restaurant Manager for a busy winery restaurant in Stellenbosch. The ideal applicant will be have previous experience in Restaurant Management, be proficient in English (written and verbal), have attention to detail, sound customer service and management skills, wine knowledge,be presentable and live within close proximity to Stellenbosch.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, general operations during service at the restaurant, staff management and rosters, daily cash-ups and banking, stock control, general cost control, implementation of company hygiene policy, basic creditor and debtor control, marketing through various online platforms, functions, staff recruitment etc.
