— REQUIREMENTS:
Matric
Microsoft Excel/Outlook/Word
Experience in Dynamics NAV
Ability to work independently and/or under supervision and under pressure
Strong administrative skill with attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills with a vibrant personality

Main Tasks
Process procurement requests from relevant staff member
Complete all necessary documentation regarding procurement requests, both electronically and physically, within the information system
Place all orders with relevant suppliers
Co-ordinate with stock controller to adequately maintain correct stock levels
Establish strong relationships with suppliers, include knowledge of all products available and developing guidelines for delivery of orders
Obtain regular price lists; product lead times; minimum order quantities and assistant in negotiation of prices
Source raw material samples and prices to be used in new product development
Source best prices for established raw materials needs
Follow up on outstanding and short delivered orders


Salary: R13 000- 15000 Neg
