Our client, a water treatment specialist, is looking for a highly detail orientated Travel Administrator.

 

The Travel Administrator will be responsible for the engineers / employees travel arrangements.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

The applicant must be proficient in MS Office and be able to handle all corporate travel arrangements for the engineers and any staff / directors of the company.  Also vital to this position is fares know-how, ticketing and excellent communication skills with at least 3 years’ experience in corporate travel bookings.

  • Must have a passion to work with people and travel
  • Applicants need to work well under pressure, have great communication skills
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and a sense of urgency is vital
  • Be able to meet deadlines and deal with high volume enquiries
  • Must be able to be on call after hours / weekends to attend to travel emergencies as needed
  • Must be willing to go the extra mile
  • Build and maintain relationships with the employees and suppliers

 

SALARY:

R10 000 - R12 000 (negotiable depending on experience)
