Our client, who is a manufacturer and exporter of dried fruit and table grapes throughout South Africa, is looking for an Office Manager at their offices in the broader Western Cape.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 with a relevant tertiary qualification

General bookkeeping up to trial balance

Attention to Detail

Leadership skills

Communication Skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Nav and Excel Advance

RESPONSIBILITIES

Debtors/Creditors

Costing

Petty cash recon

Supervise Salaries and Wages

Stock Taking

Management of Office Staff

Asset Management

General Admin e.g. petrol claims and insurance

Meeting Head Office deadlines

Administration of Special Projects
