Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator

This position will require you to answer all incoming calls and divert to relevant personnel. Your duties will also include general admin tasks where required.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and Manage administration of Company’s primary mailbox and divert mail to appropriate departments
  • Manage Office Calendar
  • Greet, Receive and Assist visitors with queries
  • Assist Partners with administrative tasks if and when required
  • Oversee office layout and Stationery Inventory, Order stationery when required
  • Maintain the professional appearance and function of the office and arrange and supervise repairs when required
  • Handle courier of parcels and office grocery shopping
  • Manage office petty cash
  • Issue slip invoicing
  • Organize and arrange events and socials
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of cleaning staff
  • Manage Insurance of Firm

Skills:

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Computer literate; (MS Excel and MS Word)
  • Ability to work well with others (friendly demeanor) and take initiative

Requirements & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist /Office administrator, Front office manager or Administrative assistant
