In Harmonie, a faith-based non-profit organisation with a vision for renewal by prayer, restoration and reconciliation, situated in the Franschhoek Valley, currently has the abovementioned vacancy. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key performance areas:

  • Logistical and operational planning of events
  • Ensuring smooth running of events
  • Overseeing maintenance of the facilities
  • All relevant event administration
  • Coordination and management of staff
  • Public relations and marketing for some initiatives
  • All other duties that are normally associated with this position

Applications from candidates who comply with the following are awaited:

  • 4 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Excellent administration and computer skills (MS Word / Excel)
  • Outstanding communication and people skills
  • The ability to perform multiple tasks in accordance with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be willing to work overtime and weekends
