— REQUIREMENTS:

Tertiary qualification will be beneficial
Min of 5 years working experience in Finances and Human Resources

NOT A CLOCK WATCHER

Own Transport

Work independently

Take initiative

Problem solving skills

Can work in an “organized chaos” environment

Positive outlook in life

Own transport and license

 

Responsibilities include:

General Admin:

Partially responsible for the cleaner, see that her daily duties are completed.
Petty Cash.
Diesel logs.
Ordering protective clothing

Human Resources:
Accurately track and process HR documents, do follow ups as needed.
Review attendance register and process wage payroll on weekly and fortnightly basis.
Communication with relevant Labour institutions such as WCA, Department of Labour etc.
Filing and serves as the go-to person for the company's office documents.
Regular reconciliation of annual leave and sick leave and maintain leave records.
Maintaining birthday calendar.
Compliance file maintenance.

Finance:
Vinsight and Xero (3-way matching on receivables and payables).
Prepare Payment authorization sheet - Attaching all relevant information.
Statement reconciliations.
Filing away approved invoices and statements.
