Inherent Requirements: 

  • Formal professional development in Food and Beverage Service or Operations
  • Must have intermediary wine knowledge

Experience and skills:

  • Must be fluent in English
  • Experience with Microsoft POS
  • Experience and knowledge of Italian cuisine is advantageous
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a Top 20 Restaurant

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide professional Food and Beverage services to guests
  • Prepare and finalise all mise-en-place required for each service period before guests arrive
  • Set tables, stations and trays for service as instructed ensuring that all chinaware, glassware, cutlery and table tops are correctly placed and perfectly aligned
  • Communicate positive and negative guest feedback to the Restaurant Manager
