Our client, a Engineering company in the Boland, is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join their team.

This position requires someone who is capable of working in a fast paced environment, and able to manage a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to the following:

  • Quotations - Preparation and finalizing hydraulic systems quotations.
  • Costing of completed projects
  • Planning and coordination of day-to-day activities.
  • Maintaining data consistency and integrity.
  • Upkeep of procedures.
  • Overhead stock control and monitoring.


Requirements:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification
  • A logical thinker with good accuracy and report writing skills.
  • Be computer literate and confident in MS Office.
  • 2-3 years experience required.
