  • Experience in Xero accounting
  • Experience in Processing to Trial Balance
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs
  • Need to be familiar with petty cash / wages / debtors & creditors processes
  • Receptionist work (Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Informing Others, Supply Management)

Qualifications & Experience

  • Own transport
  • Matric/Grade 12 with 5+ years relevant experience or
  • Financial diploma with 3 years’ experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing, restaurant or hospitality environment will be advantageous

General

  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
