We currently have a Human Resources Management Internship available and would like to invite you to apply for this position.  The HR Intern will be expected to complete his/her tasks and assist colleagues where it is needed.  

Duties & Responsibilities

The usual activities can be expected and will include, but not limited to, the following:

  • Loading of employees on payroll system
  • Processing of leave on time-keeping system
  • Processing of earnings & deductions on payroll system
  • Terminating employees on payroll system
  • Wage & Salary payments
  • Payroll reporting
  • Record keeping of employee documents
  • Implementation of company policies and procedures
  • Assisting with Employment Equity submissions
  • Assisting with Recruitment
  • Administration relating to the HR role.

  • Ability to manage a heavy workload
  • Attention to detail and deadline orientated
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Advanced skills in Excel

    Qualifications And Experience
  • Grade 12 
  • Relevant Degree or Diploma
  • Own transport

  • Market-related salary
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 16:30
