What You’ll Do

  • Design and create exceptional pastries and plated desserts for all outlets.
  • Maintain precision, flavour, and balance in every creation.
  • Lead the pastry team in consistency, presentation, and timing.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate seasonal menus.
  • Oversee stock, production schedules, and hygiene compliance.
  • Mentor junior pastry chefs with patience and professionalism.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Deliver desserts that meet the highest standards of taste and presentation.
  • Maintain smooth, efficient production during service.
  • Ensure all pastry operations meet hygiene and safety standards.
  • Contribute new and creative menu items regularly.
  • Maintain cost control and minimise waste.
  • Develop and inspire a cohesive, skilled pastry team.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience as a Pastry Chef in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
  • Expertise in pastry, chocolate, and plated dessert techniques.
  • Creative flair balanced with technical precision.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Formal culinary or pastry qualification required.
