Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join a prestigious luxury boutique hotel in the beautiful Franschhoek region. This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional with a passion for fine dining and exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities:


Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with the hotel’s standards

Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all sections of the kitchen

Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations and menu development

Ensure that all health, safety, and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to

Assist with stock control, ordering, and maintaining kitchen organisation

Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as required


Requirements:

Formal culinary qualification or equivalent experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a luxury establishment

Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and plating styles

Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment


Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
