Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a small, efficient service team for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
    (Dinner service is offered only on Friday and Saturday evenings.)

  • Coordinate and execute events and weddings with confidence and attention to detail

  • Maintain a strong focus on guest experience and service excellence

Requirements:

  • A genuine love for food and South African wines

  • Personal transportation

  • A strong passion for hospitality and people
