Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a small, efficient service team for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services(Dinner service is offered only on Friday and Saturday evenings.)
Coordinate and execute events and weddings with confidence and attention to detail
Maintain a strong focus on guest experience and service excellence
Requirements:
A genuine love for food and South African wines
Personal transportation
A strong passion for hospitality and people
