Specialized Paarl are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Admin, Stock Control & Online Store Coordinator to manage administrative functions, stock accuracy, and our Shopify online store.
This role is ideal for someone with strong system skills, a passion for retail operations, and an interest in the cycling industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cash-ups, including petty cash handling
- Reconcile credit card receipts with point-of-sale (POS) transactions
- Ensure supplier invoices are correctly allocated and submitted to accounting timeously
- Accurately load new inventory onto the POS system using purchase orders
- Process stock removals, including vendor returns
- Conduct bi-monthly stock takes and reconcile discrepancies
- Upload and maintain inventory on the Shopify online store, ensuring quantities align with the POS system
- Process online orders and coordinate timely dispatch
- Respond to customer enquiries via the online store in a professional manner
- Maintain and update the website to reflect new product launches, promotions, and campaigns
- Update monthly sales reports
Requirements
- High level of administrative accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven experience managing a Shopify online store
- Strong skills in Excel, Power Query, and PowerBI
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in the cycling industry is a strong advantage
