Specialized Paarl are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Admin, Stock Control & Online Store Coordinator to manage administrative functions, stock accuracy, and our Shopify online store.

This role is ideal for someone with strong system skills, a passion for retail operations, and an interest in the cycling industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cash-ups, including petty cash handling
  • Reconcile credit card receipts with point-of-sale (POS) transactions
  • Ensure supplier invoices are correctly allocated and submitted to accounting timeously
  • Accurately load new inventory onto the POS system using purchase orders
  • Process stock removals, including vendor returns
  • Conduct bi-monthly stock takes and reconcile discrepancies
  • Upload and maintain inventory on the Shopify online store, ensuring quantities align with the POS system
  • Process online orders and coordinate timely dispatch
  • Respond to customer enquiries via the online store in a professional manner
  • Maintain and update the website to reflect new product launches, promotions, and campaigns
  • Update monthly sales reports

Requirements

  • High level of administrative accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven experience managing a Shopify online store
  • Strong skills in Excel, Power Query, and PowerBI
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in the cycling industry is a strong advantage
