A growing online skincare store based in Stellenbosch is looking to appoint a reliable and detail-oriented Online Store Administrator.
This is a 6-month contract position with the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing stock control and inventory
- Packing and shipping customer orders
- Handling day-to-day administrative tasks
- Ensuring orders are processed accurately and timeously
- Attending to customer enquiries
Requirements:
- Strong administrative and computer skills (essential)
- Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Well-presented, organised and self-motivated
- Previous skincare or beauty industry experience will be an advantage
- Previous online store management experience will be an advantage
Salary:
Competitive, market-related salary based on experience.
