A growing online skincare store based in Stellenbosch is looking to appoint a reliable and detail-oriented Online Store Administrator.

This is a 6-month contract position with the potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing stock control and inventory
  • Packing and shipping customer orders
  • Handling day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Ensuring orders are processed accurately and timeously
  • Attending to customer enquiries

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative and computer skills (essential)
  • Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • Well-presented, organised and self-motivated
  • Previous skincare or beauty industry experience will be an advantage
  • Previous online store management experience will be an advantage

Salary:

Competitive, market-related salary based on experience.
