We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee and elevate the guest experience across wine tasting, dining, and direct-to-consumer engagement. This role is responsible for leading front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, and driving sales through memorable guest interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily hospitality operations, including tasting room and lunch service
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences, including hosting VIPs and trade visitors
- Drive direct-to-consumer sales through service excellence
- Oversee reservations, guest databases, and reporting
- Ensure high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and brand consistency
- Support kitchen operations to maintain quality and service delivery
- Assist with events and represent the business at industry functions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality or tourism management
- Completed wine courses
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- High attention to detail and service standards
- Passion for hospitality
- Drivers license & own reliable transport
