We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee and elevate the guest experience across wine tasting, dining, and direct-to-consumer engagement. This role is responsible for leading front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, and driving sales through memorable guest interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily hospitality operations, including tasting room and lunch service
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences, including hosting VIPs and trade visitors
  • Drive direct-to-consumer sales through service excellence
  • Oversee reservations, guest databases, and reporting
  • Ensure high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and brand consistency
  • Support kitchen operations to maintain quality and service delivery
  • Assist with events and represent the business at industry functions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hospitality or tourism management
  • Completed wine courses
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • High attention to detail and service standards
  • Passion for hospitality
  • Drivers license & own reliable transport
