We are seeking a commercially driven Hospitality & Sales Manager to lead both tasting room performance and domestic sales growth for a premium wine estate.
This is a hands-on commercial role suited to someone who enjoys working across both hospitality and trade, and who can translate a strong on-site experience into sustained sales growth in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive domestic sales and build relationships with restaurants, retailers, and hospitality partners
- Grow and manage key accounts, expanding the estate’s national footprint
- Oversee tasting room performance, focusing on conversion, spend per guest, and overall revenue
- Work closely with the on-site team to maintain a high standard of guest experience
- Plan and manage events and activations, ensuring strong commercial outcomes
- Represent the brand at trade tastings, events, and in-market engagements
- Track and report on sales performance and key metrics
Requirements
- Proven experience in wine sales and/or hospitality
- Strong understanding of the South African wine trade and DTC environment
- Relationship-driven with the ability to build and grow accounts
- Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue and performance
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Passion for wine and the broader hospitality industry
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
