We are seeking a commercially driven Hospitality & Sales Manager to lead both tasting room performance and domestic sales growth for a premium wine estate.

This is a hands-on commercial role suited to someone who enjoys working across both hospitality and trade, and who can translate a strong on-site experience into sustained sales growth in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive domestic sales and build relationships with restaurants, retailers, and hospitality partners
  • Grow and manage key accounts, expanding the estate’s national footprint
  • Oversee tasting room performance, focusing on conversion, spend per guest, and overall revenue
  • Work closely with the on-site team to maintain a high standard of guest experience
  • Plan and manage events and activations, ensuring strong commercial outcomes
  • Represent the brand at trade tastings, events, and in-market engagements
  • Track and report on sales performance and key metrics

Requirements

  • Proven experience in wine sales and/or hospitality
  • Strong understanding of the South African wine trade and DTC environment
  • Relationship-driven with the ability to build and grow accounts
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue and performance
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Passion for wine and the broader hospitality industry
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
