My client is a fast-growing CBD-based and privately owned property letting and management company that has been in the industry for 20 years. The Company currently represents 4 and 5-star graded and serviced apartments located within the Cape Town CBD, Foreshore and De Waterkant areas. They are currently recruiting for an energetic, well-organised and dynamic Senior Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop market-specific sales strategies
- Establish, maintain and expand customer account base
- Conducting a minimum of 20 prospecting sales/cold calls per week
- Conducting 2-3 outside sales calls per week to current and prospective clients.
- Conducting consistent on-site visits of the group’s properties to prospective clients
- Reach targets and goals set by Company
- Report weekly sales activity to Director of Sales
- Assist with guest queries on occasion.
- Participate in a one-week per every five-weeks with on-call rotation duties that includes after hour, weekend and public holiday check-in/check-outs
Requirements:
- Negotiation and selling skills required.

- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification
- 2+ years of experience in a similiar role
