The Boutique Cellar at Riebeek Valley Wine Company is looking for a young individual to assist the winemaker for harvest 2025. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of production including but not limited to:
- Grape intake
- Punch downs and pump overs
- Racking
- Barrel Work
- Balings and Temperatures
- Data capturing
Requirements:
- Valid SA ID or Valid International work permit
- Previous harvest experience
- Good communication
- Must be able to work under pressure
This position requires working long hours and weekends.
The period of employment will run from mid January till start of April depending on harvest.
