Our client, an esteemed Wine Estate situated in Franschhoek, is seeking an experienced HEAD CHEF & SOUS CHEF to join their team.

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef and a Sous Chef with strong leadership abilities, and passionate about staff development and training. Previous experience in the hotel sector will be advantageous.

The ideal candidates will be quality driven with a stable track record and passionate about the hospitality industry and cooking.

Key Position Requirements:

• A formal qualification in professional cookery

• Matric Certificate

• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport

• It is a pre-requisite to reside in the winelands area
