As the part-time sales associate, you will conduct sales within the store and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Your work will reflect our customer-centric approach and commitment to ethical practices.

Responsibilities:

Welcome clients and introduce the brand's history, ethos and collections.

Execute sales according to financial procedures.

Ensure that each client receives excellent customer service.

See to aftersales clients from point of receiving the repair to final handover to the client.

Complete and submit End of Day reports.

Assist with maintaining the orderly and presentable appearance of our boutique.

Ability to self-manage and enjoy working alone.

Assist with stock management and store operations to ensure optimal efficiency (cycle counts, stock counts, IBTs).

Labelling of new stock upon arrival and checking whether all store stock are always accurately labelled.

Always maintain a level of personal presentation in line with the company's Grooming and Appearance Guideline.

Maintain product knowledge on all products.

Adherence to all company procedures, processes and policies.

Attend in-store and off-site brand events Be the go-to Brand Ambassador

This is a fixed term part-time (27 hours or less) retail contract (including Saturdays, Public Holidays and another weekday) with an option to convert to a permanent part-time position.

The store operates Mon - Sat as well as public holidays and is open 09:30 – 17:00.

This role is for a store on a picturesque wine farm.

2 days per week: Saturdays with one off Saturday a month and another day during the week, days during the week will not necessarily be the same days every week but a schedule will be worked out in advance. From time to time more days may be required to be worked during the week/month or days may be staggered.
