Vignerons Interns for 2025 harvest

Haute Cabriere is looking for vignerons interns for the 2025 harvest. Haute Cabriere, situated in the picturesque Franschhoek Valley, produces a wide range of Cap Classique,
red and white wines. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of winemaking including, but nor restricted to :-

• Grape sampling
• Analysis of juice and wine
• Fruit receival
• Rackings and additions
• Fermentation control
• Red winemaking (pump overs, punch downs)
• Barrel management
• Cellar hygiene

Successful candidates would be expected to work overtime and over weekends. A tertiary qualification is preferred and previous harvest experience would be an advantage. Commencement is expected to be mid January 2025.
