Job Description:
Le Lude is looking to fill two pivotal roles for our Tasting Room: Tasting Room Manager / Assistant Manager / Floor Manager. As part of our team, you will ensure the smooth operation of our Tasting Room, deliver outstanding service to our guests, and uphold the unique ambiance of Le Lude. Candidates should be looking for a long-term position with growth potential within our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations in the Tasting Room, including staff management and guest service.
- Create and maintain a welcoming environment that reflects the excellence of Le Lude.
- Coordinate and execute events to enhance the guest experience.
- Manage inventory, ensure adherence to policies, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant or tasting room management is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Afrikaans is essential.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of French cuisine and wine is a plus.
