Pizza Chef / Chef de Partie

This position joins a team of young chefs committed to exemplary and innovative cuisine. You will be committed and passionate about pizza’s.

Key performance areas include (but not limited to):

• Pizza service with attention to detail
• The ability to innovate and contribute towards the pizza kitchen outcomes
• The ability to work unassisted and to supervise the pizza section
• Understanding the value of a brand and leading by example to demonstrate a passion for good food.   

 Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:

• Chef qualification or equivalent
• 2 -3 years pizza making experience in a like dining environment
• Ability to work well in a large kitchen squad
• Show leadership and take on responsibility within the kitchen
• Demonstrate a passion for the industry of cooking with a continuous learning mentality
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and cleanliness
• A strong sense and understanding of what constitutes world class food service

Monday to Sunday lunch service and Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening service.  The successful candidate, would as such, be required to work weekends.
