SEASONAL TASTING ROOM ASSISTANT FOR DECEMBER 2024 AND JANUARY 2025
Are you passionate about wine and creating memorable experiences for wine enthusiasts? We have an exciting opportunity for a seasonal tasting room assistant at our historic, elegant and picturesque winery, Weltevrede Wine Estate, in Bonnievale.
PERSONALITY:
- Friendly and approachable
- Patient and composed under pressure
- Positive energy and attitude
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct wine tastings
- Process transactions and handle payments
- Assist in tasting room cleanliness
- Ensure that wine racks and fridges are always packed fully
- Must be willing to work on Saturdays and Public holidays
BASIC SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and being able to work in a team context.
- Bilingual
- Previous relevant experience and background in wine tasting, tourism and hospitality will count in your favour
- Matric
- Reliability and accuracy
- Valid driving license & reliable transport
