Gift Shop Manager (Wine Estate)

A renowned wine estate is looking for a manager with exceptional guest service experience and a passion for sales.

Your duties include (but not limited to):

• preparation of monthly revenue reports
• preparation of annual budgets, maintaining costs within budget and achieving budgeted targets
• stock control, cash control and general shop administration
• utilising the point of sale and stock system
• monitoring employee performance against established standards
• ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained

You will need to demonstrate:

• excellent people skills with the ability to deal with the public
• the ability to handle pressure
• excellent communication skills

Requirements:

• matric/relevant qualifications
• fluent in English and Afrikaans, a third language would be advantageous

• 3+ years retails/similar industry experience
