Our client, a boutique wine farm based between Stellenbosch and Paarl, is looking to recruit a numbers savvy bookkeeper to the team.
The goal of the appointment is to focus on the following:
- bank transactions posting
- performing bank reconciliations
- accounts receivable - invoicing and reconciling (receipts, deposits etc)
- account payables - capturing of invoices and reconciling
- preparation of weekly supplier payments schedules
This position will suit a numbers person who enjoys getting things right. You will have attention to detail and a willingness to get your hands dirty.
Experience in all of the above is a requirement – especially accounts payable. Exposure to Xero accounting will be an advantage.
