We have an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned F&B /OPERATIONS MANAGER to join the pre-opening team of a high-end farm-to-table-style restaurant, strategically located in Durbanville. The restaurant will provide mainly lunch and dinner dining experiences in a refined yet inviting and relaxed ambiance.
 
We seek an experienced FOOD AND BEVERAGE/OPERATIONS MANAGER with an unwavering passion for hospitality and service excellence. The job purpose is to coordinate daily Front of House Restaurant and Wine Tasting operations.
 
The ideal candidate exhibits a strong financial and business acumen, previous experience in the set-up and management of a new establishment beneficial, exceptional organizational, and interpersonal abilities, possesses strong leadership qualities and excels in high-pressure environments.
 
Minimum Requirements:
 
Qualification in Hospitality / F&B Management • at least 4-6 years’ experience in a F&B Management role at high-end establishments • service driven • proficient knowledge of financial & budget management, marketing strategies, inventory management, staff development and performance management, administration • previous experience in a start-up restaurant beneficial.
