We have an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned HEAD CHEF to join a luxurious estate, strategically located in the Franschhoek region. The restaurant focus on a farm to table philosophy.

We seek an experienced HEAD CHEF with an unwavering passion for culinary arts and a proven ability to craft innovative menus. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in current culinary trends and possess exceptional leadership and management skills to effectively oversee the kitchen operations.

The ideal candidate exhibits exceptional culinary, organizational, and interpersonal abilities, possesses strong leadership qualities, maintains composure, and excels in high-pressure environments.

Qualification in Professional Cookery • at least 3 year’s Head Chef experience • innovative menu engineering • proficient knowledge of a farm to table cooking philosophy • strong ability to manage and develop a team
