We are an innovative lifestyle farm that emphasises sustainability and efficient work processes. To strengthen our team we are looking for a skilled craftsman to support the coordination and organisation within our farm. Wine, olives and guavas are cultivated on the farms.
Tasks:
- Responsible for 4 Employees
- Coordination of employees and their work orders
- Initiating orders for required materials and products
- Organising work processes and ensuring that everything runs smoothly
- Carrying out minor accounting and documenting working hours
- Assisting with manual work on the farm
Requirements:
- Own car
- Driving licence to drive a car
- General computer sills
- Experience in employee management and coordination is an advantage
- Good organisational skills and a structured way of working
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
