We are currently seeking an assistant winemaker with a strong passion for Cap Classique. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:
- Hardworking and willing to handle all aspects of winemaking, including cleaning and administrative tasks.
- Willing to work long hours as part of a small team during the harvest season.
- Capable of taking grape samples and effectively communicating with the cellar team and management.
- Proficient in administrative tasks, including knowledge of all SAWIS documentation.
- Skilled in problem-solving and quick decision-making.
- Excellent people skills for hosting trade events and assisting with marketing efforts.
- Minimum 2 year’s experience
