Harvest Interns for 2025 - Haute Cabriere

Haute Cabriere in the picturesque Franschhoek valley produces a wide range of Cap Classique, red and white wines and is actively seeking Vigneron Intern candidates for the 2025 Harvest.

The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of winemaking including, but not limited to:

 Grape sampling
 Analysis of juice and wine
 Fruit receival
 Rackings and additions
 Fermentation control
 Red winemaking (pump overs, punch downs)
 Barrel management
 Cellar hygiene

The successful candidate would be expected to work overtime and on weekends. A relevant tertiary qualification is preferred and past harvest experience would be advantageous. Commencement date would be mid-January 2025
