We have an exciting opportunity for a talented SOUS CHEF to work under the guidance of a distinguished Michelin-star chef.  This upmarket Bistro is situated in the heart of Stellenbosch.  The menu is an ode to classical Bistronomy.

Minimum requirements:

Looking for an individual with previous experience as a Sous Chef in an upmarket dining environment, international culinary experience will be beneficial,  strong leadership skills, passionate about food and cooking.

Qualification in Food preparation and Cooking, solid track record, stable, ability to perform well under pressure. Own vehicle and driver’s license.

Key Objective

Assist with managing and directing the daily kitchen operations, whilst ensuring food quality and profitability.
