Part-time Tasting Room Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Tasting Room Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Tasting Room Assistant, you will welcome guests, guide them through our wine offerings, and provide an exceptional tasting experience that reflects the quality and charm of our private estate.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with wine tastings, providing knowledge on wine profiles and estate history
• Prepare the tasting area, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for guests
• Assist with wine sales and manage POS transactions
• Support inventory management and restock wines as needed
• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that enhances the visitor experience

Requirements:

• Prior experience in wine tasting, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
• Passion for wine and interest in sharing wine knowledge
• Availability to work weekends and occasional weekday shifts
