Klue Wines based in the Robertson Wine Valley is currently seeking to recruit:
1 x Harvest Internship for 3 months (15 January 2025 – 15 April 2025) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Winemaker.
Key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to
- Grape data collection and intake
- Yeast preparation
- Wine and must additions
- Fermentation control
- Racking of wine
- Pressing
- Barrel work
- Cleaning of cellar and cellar equipment
- Working extended hours as and when required
- Reliable transport to and from work
Skills and competencies
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to function well within a team
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Following instructions accurately
- Oenology degree/diploma will benefit your application
