Our client, based in Paarl, is looking for a motivated, energetic and hands on harvest interns to be part of the 2025 harvest team.
The usual wine making activities can be expected and will include, but not limited to, the following:
- Assisting winemakers as required
- Assisting with stock control
- Crushing and pressing cellar and related activities during harvest
- Ensuring all quality systems are maintained and followed
- Vineyard berry sampling
Experience and minimum requirements
- Experience in a pressing cellar as a student will be advantageous
- Ability to work independently
- Physically healthy and strong
- The ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to work long hours as per operational requirements
- Driver’s license
Qualification
- Studying towards or already in possession of BSc degree or Elsenburg Diploma in Cellar Technology.
