We at Stellenrust Wine Estate are looking for enthusiastic Harvest Interns to assist in various aspects of wine production during the busy and exciting harvest period. This is the perfect opportunity to learn about grape harvesting, and the winemaking process, all while working with a dynamic and experienced team.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the crushing and pressing processes
- Learn about fermentation monitoring and cellar work
- Gain exposure to the wine production cycle from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for wine and viticulture
- A strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and able to handle outdoor work and manual tasks
- Available from January to April 2025 (exact dates to be confirmed)
- Prior experience in agriculture or winemaking is a plus but not essential!
Please note that own transport is needed.
