Our client, a distinguished Wine Estate near Franschhoek is looking to employ an experienced Events Coordinator/ Manager to join their team.
The ideal individual is strong in decision-making, with excellent planning and organisational skills, high level of creativity and an eye for detail with exceptional motivational and project management skills.

Previous experience specifically in coordinating large scale weddings, corporate events and celebrations essential. We are looking for an individual with a strong network within the industry and the capability to grow the events division on the property. The ideal candidate has a stable track record with a strong business and financial acumen.
The key role will be to plan and execute property events. Main responsibilities include budgeting, inventory control, communication with clients, vendors and staff, time management, ensure events aligns with the company’s brand and business objectives, trouble shooting, management of event logistics.

Position requirements:

• Events Management qualification or similar
• A minimum of 3-5 years’ Events Coordinator / Manager experience
• Able to work under pressure
• Own transport and driver’s license essential

Remuneration: R25 000 – R30 000 (Dependant on experience)
